Our machines are highly specialized silicon parts for semiconductors. Both Side Spindle Drilling Machines (Double-sided Drilling Machines) create tiny holes in silicon electrodes.

 

 

The small hole drilling process

 

There is a distinctive feature of our machine, which has two spindles attached on both sides. The previous equipment required workers to flip the silicon electrode over after processing one side and then processing the other. This time-consuming process leads to inefficiencies, worker errors, and defects.

 

 

Our product solves the problems by drilling holes on both sides simultaneously. Saehan NanoTech's equipment can increase unmanned(automated) processing time, resulting in cost savings on labor, and enhance operational efficiency by up to twice as much. It also allows for a reduction in the defect rate caused by worker negligence.

 

 

 

We continue to innovate our machines, silicon electrode manufacturing processes, and drilling tools. This innovation enables us to create precision gas holes and provide an advanced capability to drill damage-free holes.
